SECTION #1
A $500.00 deposit will reserve a puppy for the buyer until the puppy is ready to be shipped by the seller. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The puppy must be paid for in full, plus shipping fees, two weeks before the puppy is scheduled to be shipped. Shipping fees are $250.00 and includes airfare, crate, and health certificate. This rate is subject to change based on airfare price increases. There are no refunds once the puppy has been purchased, full or partial.
Puppies will not be shipped before they are 8 weeks old. Every effort will be made by the seller to assure that the puppy is healthy when it is delivered to the buyer. The puppy vaccination record is recorded below. The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses incurred from the date of delivery.

SECTION #2
The buyer must take the dog to a veterinarian for a complete physical examination within 48 hours of receiving the puppy. The cost of the examination will be paid by the buyer. The seller must be notified immediately of the results of the examination. If the veterinarian finds the dog to be a poor health risk or detects any physical health problems that would require further veterinary care, the buyer must be faxed to the seller within 24 hours. The seller's veterinarian will verify the results.

SECTION #3
The puppy will be guaranteed for one year against any life threatening defects. This includes sever hip dysplasia which requires surgery to correct. It also covers kidney, heart, pancrease, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening nature. If the pupy is found to have a life threatening defect, a complete from the buyer's veterinarian must be faxed to the seller within 48 hours after the determination. If the puppy dies within this one year period, the buyer will pay for a necropsy to ascertain the reason for death. If the reason is congenital, the seller will replace the puppy with one of the same value, to be determined by the seller. A replacement puppy may not be available immediately. The buyer will wait until a puppy from a future litter is available. The buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. Puppies sold with a Limited Registration do nto have a health guarantee. The health guarantee is not valid if the dog has been sold or transferred to a new owner.
SECTION #4
The health guarantee does not cover the following: Treatment for internal or external parasites or bacteria, cherry eye, loose hips, skin allergies, elongated softpalate, and small or collapsed nostrils, bad or uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex, mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks, ear mites, coccidia, kennel cough, giarrdia, and thyroid dysfunction.

There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of show or breeding potential at the time of purchase.
SECTION #6
All dogs sold are AKC registered. A Registration Certificate or Registration Application will be furnished to the buyer when it is received from AKC.
Buyer understands that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Arkansas, in the County of Arkansas. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Arkansas County Arkansas.
